After building her career as a keyboardist/pianist in Japan, Mikiko's  piano solo album "Elegy In Violet"(2019) and "Kimagure Minuet" (2022) were released in the U.S. from a classical label Centaur Records .  

 

 

Some tunes from these albums were featured on notable playlists and digital radio programs.

 

 

 

 

Mikiko is a full member of The Society Of Composers and Lyricists and ,The Japan Federation of Composers Inc., an associate member of ISCM.

In Japan, Mikiko recorded the new wave album Gang Busters (S-Ken) for King Records, performing as a keyboardist/arranger under her maiden name, Mikiko Kodama. King Records is known for its iconic artists such as Chiemi Eri, Kiyotaka Sugiyama, AKB48, and for producing music for platforms like PlayStation and Game Boy.

 

The album was produced by Haruomi Hosono, a founding member of the legendary Yellow Magic Orchestra, alongside Ryuichi Sakamoto.
